Shipping & Returns

Items ship within 1 business day. We offer free standard ground shipping via FedEx to any address in the continental United States.

Expedited shipping: We offer FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight. Once you add the item to your cart, click "estimate shipping & taxes" link to see rush shipping costs.

International orders

Standard returns/exchanges: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Opened items will be charged a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for return shipping, but we'll take care of everything else. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue or replace the item. We can only accept a return for a total refund of the purchase price and no restocking fee if the product purchased arrives with a clear defect, or there is a clear error in the listing and our technicians are unable to fix the item. Any issue with the machine must be reported within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a return. Prior to return we require a phone call for remote diagnosis and coordination with Dell to give us a chance to validate and/or attempt fix any problem.

If you are not willing to do remote diagnosis by phone with us and work with Dell returns won't be accepted. Returned items that after inspection do not have a clear defect will have a 15% restocking fee + our actual shipping costs subtracted from the refund. The laptop and all packaging must be same as new, and Windows cannot be modified. In all cases, shipping is non-refundable.


We accept Paypal, Visa, Master, Discover and Amex through Paypal only. Since we use Paypal, you are safe and we are never exposed to your credit card info!
